Our services are for businesses. Payment comes in two parts: 50% on order, 50% at go-live. After a free first conversation you receive a binding fixed-price quote.

With Pionea Care you edit your website yourself, see what it achieves, and we keep watch in the background. After that it is your choice: editing in the Studio costs €290 a year from the second year. Without Care your website stays online and remains yours, only Studio access ends.

Care runs for twelve months from go-live, then renews for twelve months at a time and can be cancelled with one month’s notice before the end of the term. Paying yearly gives you two months free. We quote further changes at a fixed price in advance.

Questions about pricing

What is Pionea Care and what happens if I cancel?

Care includes the Studio for editing, analytics, the enquiry inbox, monitoring of your website and our help. If you cancel, your website stays online unchanged and remains yours. Only Studio access ends.

What are the running costs?

For domain and web space: with your provider or with us through Hosting & email for €120 a year. Pionea Care is included in the first year and costs from €290 a year after that. It can be cancelled yearly, there is no compulsory subscription.

Do I have to pay everything at once?

No. You pay half on order and the other half when your website goes live.

What if no package fits exactly?

Then let’s talk. We like supporting local businesses and will find a solution together that suits you and your budget. The first conversation is free.

A feature is missing. What now?

Just ask. Much of what exists today came from exactly such requests.

My logo is showing its age. Can you help?

Yes. We refresh your existing logo for €390 or develop a new one from €790.
